Pay attention to the amount of sleep you need to be in a good place. What foods do you eat that help you feel great in the long run? What people or things do you do that seem to drain all your juices? Is it possible to avoid those things?

You also don’t want to be that person that can’t work for more than 2 minutes without looking at their phone. Focus on the task that is in front of you. Make sure that it's helping you to achieve your long term mission. Your mission is what you want to on your death bed. Your goals help you to achieve your purpose. Then our habits are the daily actions that help you to achieve your goals.

  • Have a quiet workspace made for working

  • Review your mission and goals daily
