Go To Sleep Early
It takes discipline to go to bed on time. Most people know the benefits of waking up early, but if you don't manage your time well, you could wake up early at the cost of getting a good night of sleep.
Going to sleep on time and at the same time each day is healthy but it takes a lot of discipline to pull it off. It will increase motivation because by gettingto bed on time, you will be able to wake up early and take advantage of your mornings.

Bad decisions are easy to make in the moment because you're not thinking about your future self and the consequences. On the flip side they are easy to avoid when you think about that person you want to become and what it will take to get there.
Destroy Your Fears
As you move forward with your plans, you will notice different fears that come up. Destroy them by going right at them. If you're scared of heights fly, if you don't like dogs, pet one! You will gain more confidence in yourself and realize that its all in the mind.
You have to destroy your fears before they derail your dreams. Too many people become slaves to their fears and they dont realize how much its hurt them.
Take Action Like a Maniac
Be obsessed with taking action everyday. Even if you are not sure what to do, just act. Life is in the movement but death loves to hide in stillness. If you want your life to be vibrant you need to keep moving.
To stumble you have to be moving. Some people take that as a reason to not move. But what they don't know is that what you dont use you also lose. If you don't use your courage, you eventually lose it all.

What To Do When The Daily Motivation is Just Not There

Things always seem overwhelming when you start too big. People try and workout and want to go for a 2 mile run. Instead just walk around the block or do one push up.
