One of the first things you should do is drink a tall glass of water. After sleeping your body needs water and that dehydration can make you feel tired. If you feel sleepy, you will never be able to get to having a productive morning routine. 

The second thing you want to do is move and breathe a bit. You can do a full workout or if you don’t have time at least do some push-ups and try and blow hard and fast to get oxygen to the brain.

The last thing you can do is splash some cold water in your face to make sure that the body is alert and ready to go. If you do all these things daily, you will have no problem waking up.

People will do anything they can to get you to sleep more. Mediocre people hate hearing that someone is trying to be great. They don't want to listen to it.
